Q0017 – How do I uninstall the add-on?

Summary:

If you want to uninstall the ComplianceNow Add-on, follow the steps below. Note that there are some prerequisites that ComplianceNow advises you to do prior to the uninstallation.

Prerequisites before uninstalling the add-on

Perform a system copy in advance / or create a backup

The Add-On can be uninstalled in a standard way as described in SAP Add-On
Assembly Kit documentation:

Uninstall add-on

Step 1

Uninstall the add-on APPLIAPM via transaction SAINT in client 000 of the SAP system
– The technical name of the ABAP add-on is APPLIAPM

RFC destination APM_WEB

Please delete APM_WEB RFC destination in SM59

Entries in SSM_CUST

Delete the following entries from table SSM_CUST

Uninstalling the add-on is now complete
