Q0025 – Download Logs via SAP or Web Server

Download logs via SAP

Access transaction /APPLISOL/LOGS from the relevant system.

The logs are distributed across the folder structure and can be accessed via manual folder navigation or by using the buttons at the bottom.

Note: If the reported issue is recent, downloading large log files should be avoided.
Be aware that loading large log volumes may result in extended loading times.

Access via web application server 

Navigate to: CNData (D:) > ComplianceNow > Logs:

Here, the most relevant logs are:

PHP-logs and BG-logs.
